Dealing with a very poorly run company!!!!!

Ordered 12/10/18 @20% Was told delivery would be made by 12/29. on 12/31 I was told 1/3/19. Tank was very low , we paid Ferrellgas $149 fee to get same day delivery. we purchased 1500 gallons 7/18 on a prebuy from Thrifty , but can not get a timely delivery. After many phone calls & E-mails the only thing we have received from Thrifty B.S. & double talk
