Dealership ethics

I decided to purchase a Ram truck from Lakeland Chrysler in Lakeland, Fl. I negotiated the price, I live 350 miles away, agreed, placed 1, 000. Down on the truck via a credit card that I was told would hold it for 48 hours. Took off work for two people, paid insurance, took out a partial loan at my bank, picked up the check the next day and driving to pick up the truck and they decided to sell it to someone else. They did not hold the truck, it's unethical and criminal. It had to spend money to buy this truck and they sell it to someone else. Matt Settlemire [protected]
