Bought two of the same recliners and the one chair feels nothing like the other chair. Chair leans forward and the arms of chair are curved in. Recliner is defective. Dealer wont let me exchange recliner and cant get a repair on it. Not standing behind warranty. Bought recliners because they were American made. Shame on you Jackson Furniture!! Terrible quality control. Wont stand behind your warranty and doesnt respond to my emails
