I purchased my SHO snow blower from Carstens in Kaukauna Wisconsin about 15 months ago. The unit died. I called Carstens and they told me that I have to pay $80 for them to pick up my unit. I didn’t buy the unit from Ariens I bought the unit from Carstens. They should be the ones contacting Ariens not me. I’m not very happy with their answers. This is the 2nd blower that I bought from Ariens. The first one lasted 35 years, the 2nd one 15 months. I was told that because they run a small business that they can’t absorb the $80. Well I run a small business and to keep a customer happy I would of stood on my head. This is not right. Dan Kuske
