I need to replace two HVAC units in my home. I wanted to use either X18L or 20 i communicating units. Trane is offering 0% financing for 60 months. This is to "participating dealers". My dealer has been selling, installing, and maintaining Trane systems for over 20 years. He has done mine. And he is great. But he cannot get the financing offer for 2021 for anyone. And, according to him other long time dealers cannot either. The "Customer Relations" department at Trane told me to find another dealer. She said there is nothing they can do. She did not ask the name of my dealer. This is unacceptable. User's recommendation: The Trane has gone off the rails. Switch brands.
