Dead hamsters

On Friday evening we purchased 2 hamsters from PetCo in Charleston Wv for our 4yr old twins. By Sunday afternoon, one was dead. We called the PetCo in Hurricane Wv. The lady said it was wet tail and its been an issue with the hamsters they are getting in. We were never emailed a receipt or anything from the Petco in Charleston. We had to pay for another hamster due to not having proper paperwork sent to us. Now today, the 2nd hamster we bought on Friday has died. We still have not received an email from the original purchase. When we found the 1st hamster dead, we cleaned everything in the cage. We should be reimbursed for both hamsters. This is ridiculous. User's recommendation: Stay away from PetCo.
