Dead battery on new Cayman

Purchased a new Cayman S in October. Dealer tried to start the car but the battery was dead. He jumped it and had me go my merry way, said it would charge after a while. I should have demanded a new battery right there but didn't. Now I have to jump start the car if it sits for more than 3 days. Took the car to another dealer and they said the battery was O.K. rather than just replaatecing it. Called Porsche hotline and they even deny that I have a Porsche, said I wasn't in the system... But they sure sent me the statement for my next payment ! Purchased a 80000 dollar car and can't get them to replace a dead battery, oh by the way the original dealer won't return my call for a resolution.. User's recommendation: Terrible customer service, won't even acknowledge that I own a Porsche.
