I have been a member of the CrowdTap community for 3-4 months and I have been saving over 20, 000 points. 11 days ago I traveled from California to New York to care for my mother who recent had colon surgery because she was diagnosed with colon cancer. I decided to work on surveys during my down time and I also invited my mother. I thought perhaps CrowdTap would be a good way to get her mind off of things as she recovers. Within days, I noticed that I was unable to log into my account, I received no email as to the reason. I attempted to log in with the app, and I had the same result. I opened another browser and I finally saw that it said my account was deactivated. I didn't know why. So I found CrowdTap's help desk and I reached out and requested to be reinstated and I received the response that I was banned due to "multiple accounts" from one location. I was livid because they have my home address, so it should be clear that I have traveled. I have informed them that I have proof that I traveled and even of my mother's condition. They stated they refuse to pay me for my work done. This is not an ethical firm and really they deserve to be sued for scamming so many people.
