When I had an obvious small claim on a fender bender which was the other gentleman's fault as he backed into me free and clear. We traded info as the police are up to their ears in snow complaints. Upon giving it to David he sent us to National Car Star and we had it looked at. They said pay your $500 deductable and we'll fix it. I didn't have $500, so after waiting 3 weeks while David took a week off, I went to the police who read the writing of the trucker and I called Geico and gave those numbers. David hung up on me once and would not return the call when I had all the info for him. We are going to go 20 miles from here to get it done but Geico was letting us get a rental car and leave it.
