I am also victim of Davenport La Roche. The same as with others they promised lucrative business with good income ( I chose flexible option). After investing 24 000 US $.for a. few months I got some descent income. After that it stopped.. I was told about some problem with Chine government as a reason why my containers are blocked and not in use.. The only solution they offered is to sell them and to buy second hand containers which will be sold after that, so i will get my money back plus some extra profit. Unfortunately i paid 4000 US more.. after that they stopped any communication with me.. After numerous of my calls I got only promise that that will call back. Nobody calls back.. The people i contacted are probably with fake names... Mr Papas, after that replaced by Mr Costas, replaced by Ms Vivian... all of them were very active and polite before receiving money.. after getting money the contact with them is lost...This is definitively international gang of high level. I don't know if there is any possibility to open the legal action against to them. I'm ready to cooperate with all victims of this scam and to see possibility of acting together asking for return of our money.
