I placed an order last month. They usually ship within a day or two so I don't mind that they charge the credit card immediately. This time a week later I received nothing. After two hours on the phone and leaving emails, etc. I finally reached someone who first said everything shipped then said it would ship soon and then couldn't give me documentation. I received a small portion of my order a week later and called to ask where the rest was. I could reach anyone and though they say they'll return your calls they don't. I sent them a memo listing what I recieved and told them to cancel the rest. I then contact my credit card. The next day a package arrived which was rejected. Recently they sent "proof" to my credit card of my receiving the entire order. It clearly showed back order items and unless you look closely it looks like the items were accepted. Watch out for an unethical company like this.
