My rocking chair has a long, loose crack in the right leg rocker piece. No live person customer service support. I'm a partially blind senior on fixed income, still in covid lockdown. I want a new rocker leg or enough refund to have someone fix it for me. I cannot afford to mail the damaged part back to you. User's recommendation: Don't buy from houzz if you can't talk to a live person. I'm a senior still on pandemic lockdown with no computer help to send photos.
