Damaged part, no live person help.

My unassembled rocking chair arrived in good packaging. However, the right rocker leg has a long, loose crack in it that can break off easily. I want a new right leg or a partial refund to fix the cracked leg. The customer service live number only has a recording that only online help is available. I tried that several times and the questions keep repeating. I'm a senior, partially blind, on fixed income in HUD housing, still in lockdown. User's recommendation: If houzz can't help me, I say don't buy from them.
