I contacted Glacier Bay about my lack of satisfaction with my product and the customer service representative working my case made sure to correct the problem. Within a few days I had the replacement part I needed at no cost. I appreciated the speed at which the issue was corrected. User's recommendation: Don’t be afraid to call if you’re not satisfied; the squeaky wheel gets the grease!
