Damaged parcel

I posted my parcel through postnl and my item reach damage. It was a television that i posted from the Netherlands to the UK. I did got in touch with the customer service through this number: 00318******** but the haven't give me any direction what to do, rather the told me to get in touch with the Head Office. Please i need a redress for my item . Sincerely, Kavi Mohamed
