I just received Godin guitar damaged. Took picture to the seller. He said he packed it good. He packed it . Not good !!! I explained to him about UPS break it not supported. The upper neck split and fractured. He denied my claim. Why, His opening statement Cleary define Full Refund within 14 days. He's not in compliance. I'm seeking a refund. Sincerely Rufus J.
