Dear Sir: I mailed you a letter with pictures attached of the rain gauge. The "collar" was all bent out of shape. Product was shipped on 07/02/2020. I have not heard back about what your response was going to be. I have kept the rain gauge in the cardboard box. Need to know if there will be come correction about the damaged product. Cost of the gauge was $70.40. Sincerely yours Jim Bonert
