Purchased two end tables for our babies room, from lowess, but these items were delivered to me directly from Safavieh and were in pieces upon arrival, the whole order smashed, baskets smashed, furniture completely damaged. When I try and get ahold of Lowes I am unsuccessful. After three times of calling and waiting 45 mins and then the phone disconnecting, I tried calling Safavieh. Safavieh is horrible, the customer service is awful! Theyre so nasty and take absolutely no responsibility for the fact that these came from their warehouse destroyed. Not to mention the description says on Lowes says vintage white, it is nothing like the picture whatsoever they're not a white wash like the image, theyre actually like a gray or beige color, and the tag on the piece for the color description says winter melody. Dont waste your money nor your time! I am now in dispute with my credit card company. User's recommendation: Don’t waste your time nor money.
