                Damaged equiptment again

After weeks of contacting Reverb, seller, and Fed-X nothing has been done about this issue of damaged equipment. I have spent hours trying to resolve the issue only to go down the rabbit hole of Reverbs frustrating and useless website.. I also have contacted Fed-X and filled out a claim on that website with no response whatsoever.
