Damaged equiptment again

After weeks of contacting Reverb, seller, and Fed-X nothing has been done about this issue of damaged equipment. I have spent hours trying to resolve the issue only to go down the rabbit hole of Reverbs frustrating and useless website.. I also have contacted Fed-X and filled out a claim on that website with no response whatsoever. I no longer use Reverb User's recommendation: Beware!

If you are actual Representative of Reverb you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
