I purchased window vents for my car. When the package was delivered, the shipping box was damaged but did not see any damage to window vents, so I put it out for recycling. Several days I went to install vents, 4 out of 6 were cracked or broken. I contacted customer service to file a damage claim, and was told by customer service this will be fixed. I sent photos of damaged items. After several days I was notified that because I didn't have the original box, they would not accept the claim. DON'T BELIEVE THERI easy return crap, they will not honor it. User's recommendation: Don’t trust the easy return claim. It’s BS.
