They dislike their customers so much that they have to lock you into long term contracts so you cannot leave them. They own you and your branding. They put their logo on everything and do everything they can to squash your branding. URL's will say CVENT in all cases unless you pay them thousands more -- this will crush your Google Search results for your events. When I complained about the problems I was finding -- they couldn't do anything about it because it is the way their system is designed. When we finally switched to another platform -- my ticket sales were up 300% almost overnight because of better Google search results. We were stuck with a portion of our contract on mobile apps -- and there is no way out. Their customer service is great -- and included! User's recommendation: Avoid them unless you love high priced, outdated, bloated software and love to be slapped with unreasonalble contract terms.
