I was hired to work at Old Navy about 1 month ago and since then my hours have been cut by the assistant manager because business was slow and I only had to work 45 more minutes. Another time the store manager called me right before I left to go to work to tell me "Don't bother coming in today since it's raining out and the weather will slow up business." I'm getting fed up with disrespect just because I am older than all the staff there in the store. I was told when I was hired to be friendly, kind, and loyal to everyone but they aren't doing it to me instead they are cutting my time for no reason.
