Cut of services and held for ransom

to contact them is like catching a sunbeam...not going to happen...I paid my bill to Brighthouse 3/29/19...I started their internet service on the 7th of March... Brighthouse became Charter Communication and took my money that was through my bank. I had to pay $37.99 to get my service restored for one day...then I was cut again for a while...the internet came on for about 5 minutes without audio and then was black gain. I tried to speak to these people but they are so elusive, you can't speak to anyone without being cut off. I think I will contact the Florida Atty. Gen. fraud division and see what they can do or go to the local media and go public.
