Customer Support Does Not Exist

I placed the order over 2 weeks ago. I received confirmation of the order saying the will let me know when the ship. No email, next email I got was a satisfaction survey. Tried calling several times, emailed, no response until today. Representative said they were having growing pains transitioning to a new system. Ultimately my order was canceled, no notification. So my good deal using a promo code is gone. Horrible company that cannot fulfill an order and they don't let you know. Consumer support is even worse.
