i have been trying for a week to return a item i bought threw amazon that is one of thier products. i have been head butted at every option in a sweet tone. they have been making it as hard as possible to return the item that is basicly usless to me. offering me low ball money offers to keep it. now i am having trouble with the delivery serive to send it back and they are refusing another option. just horrible serive and i wouldn't buy something from here again due to it.cu User's recommendation: make sure you knwo what your buying so you dont have to deal with customer service.
