I have never come across such a case where I had to call the CS 100 times (literally 100+ if I count the calls which I did to the case manager and were not answered). I have been waiting since last 25 days for the resolution of my product worth 1 lakh and every single day I call CS. Every single day I am told that please wait till tomorrow and neither the technician visits nor do I get any alternate solution. I had ordered a sofa which has a defective piece and one piece missing. For this case a case manager was assigned who has been asking me to wait since last 2 weeks for the technician visit from Hometown saying today the technician would visit for sure else I will create a return request. This is the conversation that I have every day with your manager. I have been calling him like fools for last 25 days and waiting for a resolution. (Order Id: 30596****)
