I have a hot water heater that's only 4 years old that's rusted. I have called all numbers I can find and get the same on hold recording. I have sat on hold for hours. Yesterday was 3:12 hours and it routed me to a survey about my experience and then disconnected me. I never spoke to anyone!! I need an RA number to get my money back. I spoke to someone at corporate I believe and he said I just have to wait on hold. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
