They assigned me a representative and every time I called him, he was not available, nor did he return my phone calls. Additionally, they charged me a Recoverable Corporate Advances (Property Inspection Fee) of $25.00 on 10/20/20. Why should they be inspecting my property anyway and the individual made no contact with me. Furthermore, Hazard Insurance was due 11/18/20, but they paid it 10/29/20. Subsequently, I paid the Recoverable Corporate Advances on 11/27/20 as it was listed in the Explanation of Amount Due on the Mortgage Statement dated 11/10/20. However, it is still on my December and January Mortgage Statements as unpaid.
