I had previously senr a complaint through my mobile app but yet to receive a response. At the casey's in the 1300 block of A ave west in oskaloosa iowa, my boyfriend and i had went to cash in cans around 10 pm almost a week ago. And after receiving such rude and horrible service from the ladies on duty i had forgotten my bag in the dumpster area. When i had returned back several minutes later my bag was gone and when i had asked the staff about it they all rudely claimed they hadn't seen it and the 2 outside rudely stated NO, one added she saw us both leave with a bag and a tote. Well i stated well i also had a bag with me, an army bag and in a snotty tone she said well i saw you leave with your stuff...and i had explained to her then that due to her attitude every time we came there is the reason i was going to file a complaint. Well they both had gotten louder and ruder and twice i stated have a great night and finally just said have a great one. Next thing I know i had gotten stopped by an officer and had been requested to sign a no trespass order for that store. So when i got home and my boyfriend learned i didn't find the bag and not there was a trespass order filed against me he had gone to the station and decided to look inside the dumpsters. He had found the army bag stuffed inside a large black garbage bag tossed into the dumpster and had went inside and asked who did that. The response was i don't know. That is the main station we have done business with and the only one open 24/7. I am utterly perturbed that not only did we receive very poor customer service and the fact that they were extremely rude then placed a no trespass order against me but i also obviously was lied to regarding my bag and someone im sure an employee had decided to stuff it into a garbage bag and throw it into the dumpster just to be vindictive. That staff has provided the worst customer service experience to me than i had ever experienced in this town. As a customer service employee and as a customer i hope that the employees at fault will have some kind of consequences for all that had happened and hope that the trespass order could be dropped as i had not done anything to deserve any of this.
