I had an issue with 2 orders over a credit card, the credit issue was resolved, and I was told by one girl that I would receive a confirmation email about my orders. No email was ever sent, so now have to deal with the non -English speaking illiterates again to get someone who speaks English to be told well your order has been cancelled. The first girl told me the order was going to be put on hold until the email was to be sent 24 hours later. No email was sent and now I'm being told my order was cancelled. 24 horus later.
