I have called ULTA Customer Service Twice & have been on hold longer than I talked to a person. After 2 different phones numbers I still have NOT received my Return Refund even though I have a tracking number and it was received on 10/2/19 & today is 10/31/19. The package had 2 returns inside. I did get credit for one but not the other and all I get is put on hold and told to wait . I have waited almost a month and no refund. SO HELP ME, when & IF I get this resolved & pay this card off I will NEVER purchase from ULTA again and I will burn the card. I thought the lack of customer care was only in the store. That's why I only shop online and NOW I will not do that anymore either.
