Customer service reps over the telephone provide poor service. The reps that answer customer requests regarding the delivery of late packages are very rude.

Poor customer service from telephone reps. I called the 1800 line due to the delivery of an order that was delayed for over 10 business days. The customer replied when I requested an update. Customer service rep replied "Well what do u expect the pack has never left the warehouse.
