Customer service reps hang up on you if they do not want to answer a question

Since the covid shut down and the reps are working from home there is no oversite for the employees. We work at a medical office and need to call them on a daily basis over preauthorizations not having any information on them. We are hung up on multiple times a day, especially if they do not want to answer any more questions. We have be told that it is their (emplyees) personal policy that they will not answer more than three questions and then we are hung up on. They refuse to fax any information to our office because they say it was already mailed, but have not received anything and they will not resend it. We have been given multiple addresses to send claims to but the next person we speak to has no idea what we are talking about. This needs to be addressed.
