I followed up for a 4th time trying to track down my Letter of Credit resulting from me mailing in a broken coffee pot which was promised at the beginning of February. My third call was today and when I asked her to please check into the status and gave her my order#, she said hold on, and before she could put me on hold, she whined and mimicked me saying, I want my credit nananan!" I told her that I heard her, and she said it was her friend not her in the background since she was working at home. This was at 8:36 am on 4/15th, her name was Dominique. This is unacceptable. But, I am sure Cuisinart will do nothing about any of it. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY QUISINART SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
