Customer Service refuses to send missing part

Ok i recieved a 10qt kalorik air fryer oven as a birthday gift from a family member. When i opened the box everything was in the box except for the accessory handle that removes the rotisserie spit and fry basket. So i contacted customer service by phone they asked me to takes pictures and video of everything i recieved and the serial number so i did in the mix of everything the person who got it for me passed away. Then i recieved another email stating they needed a copy of the receipt i explained that the person who got it for me passed and i wasnt about to ask for that the family had bigger things to worry about now they refuse to send the accessory handle User's recommendation: Dont purchase.
