Customer Service Refused to Take Warranty Orders

Original review updated by user Jun 21, 2021 I called Cust Svc which is in another country. Two men, speaking in broken English answered. Neither could spell my 1st nor last name. My name's easy, like Jane Smith. I had to spell my 3 ltr 1st name and single syllable last name. They said they COULDN'T take replacement orders. Call back next month. They said there's no Cust Svc in USA (yes I realize the irony) and it's MIA in their country too! User's recommendation: Don't Buy TW!
