Customer Service? NOT!
1
I received an email from Easy Spirit which notified me of a shoe that had been out of stock was now back in stock along with a link to place an order. The link took me to the website page for the shoe, but it said it was out of stock. There was no way on the page to place an order. I called customer service and the woman could not find the shoe, would not give me an email so I could forward the link, would not go to her supervisor or allow me to speak to one, and made zero effort to resolve this issue. In the end she said I had wasted her time. She said I would have to wait until Oct 10 or later to order, and would not guarantee the sale price advertised or even that the shoe would not be sold out by then. It was a terrible experience with a person that made zero effort to help other than look on her computer to tell me she could not find the product. I offered to forward the email I had received along with the website page for the shoe, but she would not give me an email to do so. Later, I found the customer service email when I googled the corporate office. She actually wasted MY time. She does not belong in customer service, and Easy Spirit needs to fix their website.
