My 5 year old 32v WORX grass trimmer started smoking, so I took it apart and one of the terminal crimps had failed so I re-crimped a new connector but damage had been done. I was on hold for customer service chat for 14 minutes and got disconnected, 30 minutes and aalso got d then 39 minut User's recommendation: Wanted to buy replacement motor and told couldn’t so have a 32v battery that is obsolete. Never deal with this company.
