Your setup is confusing and is not working. Your instruction do not help at all. You dont have a way for people to talk to you. Ian wondering if you are a scam. Please tell me how to cancel and get my money back. It should not be that difficult to get this to work. yo need to have a way for people to talk to you. I don have an order number or contract ID. Your customer service sucks. User's recommendation: Don’t.
