Customer Service Incompetence

Bought a new Craftsman riding mower and it needs warrantied after about only 10 hours of service, no biggie.. Problem,,, is the customer service lady 'KIM' hung up on me after I politely asked her to stop interrupting me. She'd ask a question, and then just start talking over me as I tried to answer it. Never seen that in my life and just WOW!! Your service is worse than your products and that isn't good...
