I have placed order with Bebe online on Aug 30. 2019. They have good promo free shipping over $100. Today is sept 12th I still haven't received my order. I called customer service two times to find out what's going on... apparently the customer service is based out of Philippines. Seems like communication is a problem over there I was given wrong information over and over. Pretty dissatisfied with this customer service experience and also shipping. I hope Bebe can improve their service. After I receive my order I will never shop again with Bebe
