Customer service, delivery’s not being delivered on time or even being onboard

Small business owner trying to get by during the covid. Have turned to your service for fast and effective delivery but my packages are still sitting at the dock not going anywhere. When I emailed about my tracking I received an email stating ‘if your package isn't there by 5pm on the 31/08/21 we will get In contact with the courier which you refused to do. When I rang the following day I spoke to the rudest customer service representative I have ever come across called ‘SYLVIA' in which she just kept repeating ‘there's nothing I can do I will tell them to put it on board' basically shutting me down and telling me lies over the phone. I have the recorded conversation as evidence as to the tone/ approach she had towards a ‘paying customer' seeking information in regards to a packet that should've been delivered already. I have had to refund multiple customers because of YOUR [censored] UP. I am absolutely disgusted in the service I have received and have taken this matter further and made an official complaint to Fair Trading NSW under the act of FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I plan of sewing your company for the remainder of my business delivery expenses as I am no longer able to deliver as you do not stick to your valid delivery dates. I shall see you in court.
