Recently, after much deliberation in March, I signed up and placed an order. But then I thought again and decided to cancel the order. It was the next day. I haven't got an email yet that my order has shipped, so I canceled my order on my account. However, later I received an email that the box had been shipped. I called support and asked to stop the delivery, they answered positively. It's been two days and the shipping label was still active, I called and it was running in circles, all the same repetitive words… Money was withdrown, I spend hours to cancel the order and nothing happend I recieved the box and I have to ship it back. Customer service is useless, when I call, they answer me in the same scenario, they wont help you.

If you are actual Representative of Optavia you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
