On 7/9/2021 I was charged for TV a year later, for a client I had a year ago. Customer #[protected] We used the software twice to complete our project that week a year ago. This is because you had no other option for short term use. I called TV to get setup and was charged 198.00 over the phone to my cc. After I was emailed a receipt and I forwarded it to my client for reimbursement. At that point I was not aware as a condition of purchase, that "I" agreed to you keeping my cc then charging it without my approval a year later. I am an individual and have been charged nearly 400 u.s. for access two times a year ago. I do not work with this company or have access to them. I am not connected to anything and I do not have TEAM Viewer on my computer. I am getting nothing for this charge. I want my $198.00 back that was charged to my cc on 7/9/21. You are benefiting and I don't even have the product or access to the client's one computer. Please. Thank you for your consideration. Amanda Ashley
