Customer service at orlando dealership

I was really pissed about the way the orlando delaership(west colonial drive) treated me when my 2007 Tahoe had several warning messages appear(with 12,000miles) not only did they not fix the problem...but would not consider giving me a loner or answer until I waited 3 hours for them to tell me they detected no errors...two days later went to Bill Heard chev. and they detected 5 error codes and fixed the problem...they were extremely courteous and professional....get rid of the orlando service staff or drastically change the attitutde and the condition of the service bay area...it was disgusting as was the customer lounge
