Aweful customer service. We went to this location ( potomac mills Woodbridge VA) on Sunday day before Presidents’ Day. Worst experience ever! Customer service at the register who stated that she is a manager treated us completely in rude, disrespectful manner. One of the clothes didn’t have a tag, she said go get another one( no please and very rude)!!! She didn’t greet, she didn’t say bye!! Not a word during the whole transaction! I understand day st the retail is not easy, but customer are coming there for the brand name and should be treated with respect! I’m sorry for Express that their manager who’s presenting their brand has zero customer service skill! I wouldn’t recommend this location at all!
