I placed an order with these bozos and twice they sent me out the wrong item. And now that I have complained and told them how useless they are, they have red flagged my account. I was told that they no longer wish to do business with me. These people only care about themselves, not the customers. And Dan Harmon, who is a upper management supervisor, well, he will just lie right straight to your face. I would avoid doing any business with this company. I have submitted negative reviews on both sitejabber and yelp. And what's even worse is that they sent me an email telling me that I have a $10 in-store credit to spend. So that's how I found out that my account was red flagged. I placed an order to use up the credit, it went thru, and then immediately I get an email that says the "I" cancelled the order. So I called and asked what was going on, and that's when I was told about my account. They weren't even going to notify me. I say good riddance to all of those pieces of [censored].
