Customer service absolutely unreachable !!!!

I have four stealth cam Fusion cameras. 2020 I had two issues, first my fault batteries went dead in one camera and upon replacing them it would not reconnect to the internet for transmitting photos to my phone. It took 5, NOT minutes or hours, but 5 DAYS to get a customer tech on the phone. The issue was corrected in about 15 minutes and started transmitting. 2nd issue while in my bow stand I had multiple deer come and feed at the corn pile and not a single photo was taken or transmitted to my phone. I'm writing this on Aug. 16th 2021 as I'm on hold now for 42 minutes with issue 3. All four cameras quit transmitting on Aug 13th winch is a Friday and customer service in not open through weekends. the wekends. min phone User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY.
