I ordered 3 items on 2 separate occasions in Nov. 2017. The first order from 11 Nov. has not yet been received and the 2nd of two items ordered on 28 Nov has not yet been received (through January 2nd 2018). I have called customer (dis)service 3 times and sent 3 emails. On the last call I was told that there was a record of two previous calls but that the 11 Nov. item was on back order. This agent checked the web site and discovered this item was listed as in stock but it would still take up to 2 days more get things sorted out at which time, of course, I would be notified by email of its shipment. Since I have received no communications from Wilson's for months (except advertisements) I'm not holding out hope. Trying to explain that a firm guarantee on when the items would arrive was essential (I will be leaving the country for a bit) I could hardly get a word in edgewise to the lovely Grace who kept telling me about the useful information I could expect from them going forward as they resolved my issue (twisted joke, I imagine). This has been an unbelievably frustrating experience and it certainly signals the end of a long and delightful relationship.
