I bought three new Frigidaire appliances with 3-year extended warranties on each. Microwave quit working 4.5 MONTHS ago. Still no replacement!!! Phone lines require wait times in excess of an HOUR, only to find out that no one knows where the new microwave is, not even the Supervisors. They promise callbacks which NEVER happen. I am at their incompetent mercy!!! A similar experience at Sears 3 years ago. I swore never to shop there again, which I haven't, just as I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire/Electrolux product again!!! shopI User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE/ELECTROLUX, EVER!!!
